I have been in the mortgage business for more than 24 years. I got my start during my senior year of high school, working for an independent mortgage banker because I wanted to understand how real estate worked and, more importantly, how people were able to purchase homes.

As a first-generation American, I understood early on what homeownership could represent: stability, pride, opportunity, and the ability to build transformational wealth. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of clients achieve their own real estate goals.

I specialize in conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, self-employed, and investor loan programs. Throughout my career, one transaction has always stayed with me. It took more than two years to complete. During that time, the borrower lost his job, found a new one, went through a divorce, remarried, had children, and experienced significant damage to his credit. I stayed alongside him through every change, helping him navigate the market, understand interest rates, rebuild his credit, and ultimately qualify for the home he had been working toward from the day we first spoke.

That experience taught me what it truly means to be a private mortgage banker. It is rarely just about closing a loan. It is about building a trusted relationship with clients and remaining committed to their goals, regardless of how long the process takes.

I am licensed in California, Florida, Colorado, Texas, and Pennsylvania, with Southern California as my home base. As my referral network grows so do my license's, that growth is the foundation I have built my business on.

Outside of mortgage banking, I am a husband and father to two beautiful boys. They are my greatest accomplishment and source of pride, spending time with my family is truly my happy place.
