Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile messaging information with service providers, such as SMS delivery vendors, only as needed to operate, secure, and support the messaging service.

5. SMS Terms and Conditions
Authorized Lendwise employees who provide or confirm their mobile number and opt in to receive operational SMS alerts may receive text messages from Lendwise related to recruiting conversations, web chat activity, and related service operations. These messages are intended for internal business use by Lendwise personnel.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@lendwisemtg.com.
- Opting out stops SMS alerts to that mobile number, but Lendwise may continue to communicate through other business channels.
