Lendwise LO Preview Chat Relays

This page publicly documents the internal employee opt-in flow, disclosures, and terms for authorized Lendwise recruiting employees who receive operational SMS alerts from the LO Preview Chat Relay service.

Who receives messages

End users for this SMS campaign are authorized Lendwise recruiting employees. Mortgage prospects, borrowers, and loan officers using the Lendwise web chat are not SMS recipients for this campaign. They interact through the Lendwise pricing preview web chat only.

The SMS recipient is a Lendwise employee or recruiter who has provided or confirmed a work mobile number and opted in to receive operational recruiting web chat alerts.

How employees opt in

  1. An authorized Lendwise recruiting employee is assigned to support LO pricing preview web chat conversations.
  2. The employee provides or confirms the mobile number that should receive operational web chat alerts.
  3. The employee reviews this public consent page, including the message purpose, frequency, message and data rate disclosure, privacy policy, terms, HELP instructions, and STOP opt-out instructions.
  4. The employee agrees to the consent language below before being configured as an SMS recipient.

What messages contain

Messages alert the employee that a mortgage professional submitted a question through the Lendwise LO pricing preview web chat. Message content may include the prospect's name, NMLS number, email address, phone number, and web chat question so the employee can respond to the prospect in the web chat.

Message frequency Varies based on recruiting web chat activity and employee staffing.
Rates disclosure Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts to that mobile number.

Privacy and terms

Lendwise does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile messaging information may be shared with service providers, such as SMS delivery vendors, only as needed to operate, secure, and support the messaging service.
