Joel is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara. He graduated with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. And two years of legal education thereafter. He has been married for 45 years, has two sons, and enjoys a competitive round of golf. In his spare time, he writes novels available on Amazon under the pen name of J.A. Maloney.
