I’ve been in the real estate and mortgage industry straight out of CSUN since 2006 and began originating loans as a licensed broker in 2008. A time when EVERYONE was running away from real estate and mortgages, I was jumping head on. Built a career over the past 21 years, I’ve built my business as a real estate broker by focusing on knowledge, communication, and taking care of my clients from beginning to end. I’m proud to have built an exceptional five-star reputation and long-term relationships with clients who continue to come back and refer their friends and family over and over again.
As a loan officer, my background as a real estate broker gives me a unique perspective. I understand that getting a loan approved is only one part of the transaction. I know the contracts inside out, timelines, negotiations, appraisals, inspections, and what it takes to get an entire real estate transaction successfully across the finish line.
I work with first-time and experienced homebuyers, homeowners, investors, self-employed borrowers, and clients with more complex financial situations. My loan programs include conventional, FHA, jumbo and high-balance loans, bank statement and other non-QM programs, DSCR and investor loans, as well as financing options for self-employed borrowers.
Some of the transactions I’m most proud of are the difficult ones—the loans where a borrower was told no somewhere else, but with the right loan structure and attention to detail, we were able to find a solution and get the transaction closed. I find the joy to solve problems. I like the easy loans too, but it brings a smile to my face when a home buyer receives the keys to their home and builds wealth and stability for their family.
I primarily serve clients throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties, while helping borrowers with financing wherever I’m licensed all over California.
My goal is simple: give my clients honest advice, communicate throughout the process, and find the financing solution that makes the most sense for their situation. For me, this business has always been about relationships, not just transactions. Transparency is much needed in our industry.
